When the firm first opened its doors, the business model was simple… we served as a local firm for local companies. Most of the clientele consisted of mom-and-pop shops with less than $150,000 a year in gross sales. As those mom-and-pop shops began to grow, their liabilities also began to grow. As their liabilities began to grow, our firm began to grow. Suddenly, the issues were no longer mom-and-pop issues but rather became far more complex over time.
Miletti Law developed and grew in response to industry demand. There were just too many gray areas that white shoe, ivy league law firms did not want to get into. Law firms were not interested in small cases, unique opinion cases, research-only tasks, and other small-time transitive matters. Everyone looked for that one big case or that one big client.
Here, all our clients are equally as valuable, and all our clients get the same respect and courteousness that each of them deserves. Our firm is competitive in rates and quality delivered. We specialize in short-term engagements and look to resolve any and all issues the first time around. Most law firms provide vague results and confusing deliverables. Our firm seeks to ensure our clients have what they need in order to run their business affairs properly… the experience and expertise to handle any situation, the best possible product delivered to permit them to make the most prudent decision they can, and the greatest level of certainty possible, in an increasingly uncertain world.
